Description

RFC 6920 is a IETF URI scheme for content-addressed objects. We should define how to go about expressing references to keep blocks and collections using this scheme, and use it in situations where keep references might be used interchangeably with other types of URIs (for example, referencing keep collections in CWL input objects).

I haven't seen any demand for this (or any usage of rfc 6920)
