When you create a new pipeline instance from a template, you're prompted to select a project where the pipeline instance lives. If you know you want a new project, but haven't created it yet, you have to back out, go through the usual UI to do that, then back up again to your template and start the process over.

There should be an Add Subbutton to create a new project from the project chooser prompt. It should ask the user for a name, then create that as a subproject of the currently selected project (possibly including Home). It should become the current selection, so the user can immediately create the pipeline instance in the new project.
