[Crunch2] Impure mount from host fs

Description

As a transitional feature for deploying Crunch v2 on existing clusters, support mounting fs paths of network file system mounts (which could be NFS, Lustre, etc) into container. Will make container impure (not reusable/reproducible) since contents of files are not guaranteed to remain the same.
