Description

Implement some of the ideas from #8645 in arvados-cwl-runner:

  • Create new project (because "pipeline" group type doesn't exist yet)
  • Copy input data collections into project
  • Copy docker image into project
  • Jobs records will be owned by the project
  • Log collections will be owned by the project
  • Output collections will be owned the project
