[Documentation] Integrate Sally's "Porting a pipeline" training presentation with Arvados documentation

Description
The presentation recently developed for porting a presentation could be really helpful as part of the main documentation.

Update Arvados documentation using material from Sally's training presentation
This might have aged out of relevance. Sally's material is based on Crunch v1 pipelines, but I think we're going to be encouraging all new pipelines to be written in CWL. If I'm right about that, then spending the time to integrate the material into the documentation probably isn't worth it. At the very least, it's low priority, relative to #9765.
