Description

Right now our Git credentials helper just grabs ARVADOS_API_TOKEN out of the environment. It would be cool if the CLI tools included a proper credentials helper that reads the token the same way as all the other CLI tools: starting from the environment, then falling back to ~/.config/arvados/settings.conf.
