<p>Are you requesting that <code>arv keep put</code> grows a switch like <code>arv copy --dst</code>, where it will read a different configuration file than <code>~/.config/arvados/settings.conf</code>?</p>
<p>Note in the meantime you can do this by setting the <code>ARVADOS_API_HOST</code> and <code>ARVADOS_API_TOKEN</code> environment variables before you run. For example, if you have a configuration file <code>qr2hi.conf</code>, try:</p>
<pre>
env $(cat ~/.config/arvados/qr2hi.conf) arv keep put FILENAME ...
</pre>
