Description

% arv collection update -u PDH --collection '{"owner_uuid": "PROJECT_UUID"}'
Error: #<NoMethodError: undefined method `readonly?' for #<Hash:0x000000061f1908>>

It's fine if we don't want to allow this, but the error could be better.
