[Workbench] Job children display using the new work_unit strategy

Description

Children of a job can be retrieved in two ways. It can have job_tasks or as listed in components.

In addition, a job can have many job_tasks. Due to this, we might have performance issues if we were to display all the job_tasks under a job in the new work_unit based display.

How do we want to address this and other display related concerns.

  • When there are components (and job tasks), omit job_tasks?
  • When there are too many components or job tasks, display a few and display a warning? Do we need paging?
