User oid="hu" can authenticate by providing api_key="hu", api_secret=hmac_md5("hu",$get_evidence_site_secret).

User oid="hu" can submit datasets via API (provided source data is already stored in a warehouse accessible to GET-Evidence).

User oid="hu" can update datasets via API:

update nickname
flag as public
assign global human ID starting with "hu"

When a genome dataset is submitted via API, the response includes a URL containing a per-dataset access token, which can be used to check processing progress and retrieve reports without further authentication. For example, this link can be given to the PGP participant whose genome the dataset comes from.
