[Crunch2] arvados-cwl-runner --api=containers returns a container uuid. It should return a container_request uuid.

Description

Running a cwl workflow using arvados-cwl-runner bwa-mem.cwl bwa-mem-input.yml returned me a container uuid. Since the users are supposed to interact with arvados via a container_request, it would be more accurate to return a container_request uuid instead of a container uuid.
