Merge 9705-crunch2-install-guide-wip after merging the #9706 branch
Description
#9705 updates the Install Guide with crunch-dispatch-slurm instructions. Those instructions assume that the package already includes a systemd service definition.
After the branch implementing #9706 is merged, merge 9705-crunch2-install-guide-wip as well. It has already been through a full review process, so a merge is literally the only thing that needs to happen.
