This above error code was generated when I did input parameter 2500 for tss. Whereas for stitch_distance: 12500 was setup as default value.

The code only compiled when the *tss was setup default as 0. *

Thanks for the problem report and sorry to hear you're having trouble. It looks like you're using CWL. Do you have the CWL input files which fail and complete successfully that we can use to reproduce/investigate the problem?
