[Arvbox/Ops] arvados/arvbox-demo image out of date

Description
arvados/arvbox-demo is out of date. On investigation, this seems to be due to the CI server caching the image layers, so it never builds a new image.

Ready to merge from my point of view, I'll make sure the jenkins box gets updated after merge.
BTW, I notice a change in line 155-156 that should be not needed in this merge, please make sure they arent there wen commiting (most likely this is like a tab/space problem or similar)
