Description

I unsuccessfully tried to install arv-mount using the documentation. I tried "Option 2" (install from source, Build and install from source) for both steps.

After installing a few additional packages, cloning the arvados git repository (from GitHub) and running sudo python setup.py install from arvados/services/fuse/, I was able to get arv-mount installed and was successfully able to create a keep mount.

I created a 'mini-tutorial' with the steps I took. I've struggled in the past to find clear documentation on what to install for the command line tools and arv-mount specifically. It would be nice if the documentation were a bit clearer on what steps to take and how to overcome (common?) problems.
