From discussion: What we actually want to show The container details should include "runtime_user_uuid" which is modified_by_user_uuid (but call it something like "user who submitted the container". We only want user who's access was used to show "runtime_user_uuid" (meaning "user who run the container is actually running as") if it is different. Sarah is in the process of redesigning the process panel, so this information is going to get moved, so we're putting this ticket on hold. container.
