From discussion: What we actually want to show is modified_by_user_uuid (but call it something like "user who submitted the container". We only want to show "runtime_user_uuid" (meaning "user who the container is actually running as") if it is different. modified_by_user_uuid -> "Submitted by" runtime_user_uuid -> "Run as" Only show "Run as" if it Sarah is different than "Submitted by" in the process of redesigning the process panel, so this information is going to get moved, so we're putting this ticket on hold.
