reminder to fix the comment is local.params example that USE_SSH_JUMPHOST should be blank to disable not commented out
also reminder to make sure $BRANCH is set
also ensure LE_AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY is set
and LE_AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID
need to separate database host from DATABASE_INT_IP for RDS installs
