The "Groups" panel data explorer behaves differently from other data explorers.
* left click on the row does not select it
* the toolbar does not match the context menu
** the toolbar has "move to" which isn't a valid operation for role groups, it should be removed
** the toolbar is missing "API details" and "Rename" options
** the "attributes" item is redundant and should just be removed
** an "additional info" operation that opens the details sidebar should be added
