Provide a "Home" project page that shows objects with @owner_uuid == current_user.uuid@. that are directly owned by the user. This allows the user to find collections, jobs, etc that were created but not assigned to a project. Breadcrumbs will look something like: "Dashboard >> Projects >> Home >> ExampleProjectXYZ" Current Project"
