This is a bucket for fixing bugs encountered by users during the sprint. Here, "fixing" includes:
* Troubleshooting problems that users encounter.
* Finding existing issues in redmine that overlap the new bug.
* Filing bug reports as subtasks of this story (and moving existing issues into this story, when the solution to the bug at hand is likely to solve the existing issue as well).
* Fixing the bugs!
* Shepherding the resolution through fix-review-merge-deploy. (Delegate fixes to other devs, or not. Pester devs as needed to get your fixes and reviews turned around fast.)
* Following up with reporting users to confirm the fixes are effective.
* *Adding test cases* to prevent the bugs from recurring.
