Users should be able to edit collections. The "show collection" page (for a collection that is writable by the current user) should have the following features: editing operations consist of: * Copy # Adding files from another collection (perhaps using the file chooser, see (probably depends on #3177) * Delete # Deleting files * Rename # Renaming files * Move # Moving files to a different collection (maybe?)
