GET variants-in-gene should return Return samples and variants in a particular gene Meant to answer Answer the questions: * question: who has a mutation in this gene? * (nice, but not necessary) Additional nice functionality: who has a rare mutation in this gene? * (nice, but not necessary) who Who has a frameshift mutation? * (nice, but not necessary) who Who has a nonsense mutation? Requested by MEEI This should be do-able using a wrapper around the basic API calls
