Most of our tutorial was written before users could generate repositories. It's written with the assumption that the user will have a repository named after them. them (which is still true when the cluster is configured to auto-setup repositories). An early step of the tutorial (maybe right after SSH setup?) should walk users through creating a dedicated repository (maybe name it @tutorial@?). Remaining steps of the tutorial should be updated to adapt to this new naming.
