* Create a page where a user can connect to an Arvados shell they have access to. Integrate the Web client developed during #2256.
* Link to this page at appropriate places (Tom to determine where).
* Update our user guide to suggest using this as the primary way to connect to shell accounts. Retain the information about configuring standalone SSH clients for users who prefer that.
