We want to encourage users to both report problems, and send feature requests or other ideas.
Right now the primary mechanism for this is the "Report a Problem" item under the Help menu. This isn't meeting our needs. The presentation is more specific than we'd like; it sounds like it's only for bug reports. Being under the Help menu also means that users may not see it unless something is bugging them enough they go looking for it.
