Currently the new keepstore per-volume I/O stats are implemented for S3 volumes AWS only. We need to also have them for Azure GCP, Azure, and "local directory" volumes. "local" disks. While the purely local disk case isn't of huge interest, there will be cases where the "local" disk is actually backed by a cluster file system or other network share / file system.
