SDK method to resolve paths in the form of @groupname/projectname/collectionname/filename@ to UUID and PDH.
(Consider URL naming scheme such as @arv://site/groupname/projectname/collectionname/filename@ eg
@arv://qr1hi/Peter Amstutz/tutorial/bwa reference/reference.fasta@
CWL supports symbolic names in input documents and records UUID and PDH.
Paths should be consistent with arv-mount paths.
