[[Upgrading to master]] should advise using the The configuration option @disable_api_methods@ is used to disable control whether the container APIs if you're pipelines/jobs API or containers API is available (affecting the behavior of arvados-cwl-runner) however it is currently not ready for this default to change on your site. documented in the install guide. Examples of crunch v1-only and crunch v2-only configurations should be provided.
