The Description column for a number of workbench screens contains information which is not the contents of the "description" field for that particular object. This is confusing.
Examples include:
- Subprojects tab - contains the single word "Project"
- Data collections tab - contains "Collection modified at <datetime>"
The description field often contains information useful to help disambiguate or orient, so should be included where possible. We definitely shouldn't be labeling anything which isn't the contents of the description field as "Description."
Display to be a single line of text truncated to the available space with a tooltip containing the full description.
