Make pull request to upstream Rabix project with changes needed to support run-as-webapp configuration. TODO: * Put Arvados specific customizations behind a feature flag * Ensure that upstream Rabix electron app configuration is unaffected * Examine possible refactoring to reduce instances of code duplication between Rabix & Arvados configurations
