As a user I would like to see information card inside data collection view
so that I will have access to basic information about collection
Acceptance criteria:
- card include basic information about collection as:
* Collection UUID
* number of files
* content size
* owner
* outputs expiry
* watermark with information about date of last modification
- possibility to change collection name and description
- card contain "more option" icon with possible action with collection as:
* Share
* Move collection
* Add to favorite
* Copy to project
* View details
* Provenance graph
* Advanced
* Remove
