As a user I would like When navigating to have access to guide lines and help 
 so Help Page, is turns out that I will get information with cumbersome fields. 

 Acceptance criteria: the menu is non existent. 

 1. Click on the "?" icon in the top-right corner of the page 
 - context menu: 
 Public Pipelines and Data sets 
 Tutorials and User guide 
 API Reference 
 SDK Reference 2. Click "Help"  
 3. Observe the result 

 The page is redirected, but the corresponding sub page is empty.
