When hovering over the application's buttons using the TAB button, the user can observe an inconsistent behavior in comparison to mouse hovering over the same buttons. When using TAB, only the Breadcrumb buttons have their descriptions displayed.
Please refer to the attached video.
1. Hover over some of the Top Bar icons, using the mouse, and observe the descriptions displayed
2. Hover over the same buttons using the TAB hover
Observed result:
TAB hover only displays description for Breadcrumb buttons.
Expected result:
Breadcrumb buttons and all icons should have their descriptions' displayed when using the TAB hover.
