It was observed that when creating a new item using "+New" button, the item is created in the main Projects folder instead of the folder the user is already in.
Please refer to the attached video.
1. Create at least one Project
2. Enter the created project
3. +New > Create a Project or a Collection
Observed result:
The new Project/Collection is created in the main Projects folder.
Expected result:
The new Project/Collection should be created in the folder the user is already in
