As a user I would like to have expandable Shared with me tree
so that I can easy walk through shared or public content
Acceptance criteria:
- expandable shared with me tab inside tree structured navigation
- tab contain all projects marked as public and those which were shared with us
- user will have access also for all those projects which are inside shared content
