As an admin I would like to have possibility to manage user
so that I can log in as someone, request access for shell or deactivate user.
Acceptance criteria:
- modal with possibility to: Log in as <username>, Setup shell account for <username>, Deactivate <username>
- after clicking on "Log in as.." admin is moved to selected user's Project view and is logged as selected user
- after clicking on "Deactivate..." popup appear with information that "<username> account is deactivated.
