The new cloud dispatcher should be able to accept arbitraty key/value pairs for tagging of the resources created.
this is not an extensive list since the clouds differ, but as an example:
* instances / VMs
* volumes / VHDs
* NICs
* EIPs
* KeyPairs (if applicable)
* Security groups (if applicable)
Tags are case sensitive, so anything that is in the configuration should be preserved.
