Publish a grafana dashboard (json file that can be added to a grafana installation) that shows an admin view of an Arvados cluster. Some possible things to show:
* Database query activity
* Keepstore activity
* Total data stored across keepstores
* Container/compute node states
* Current cost per hour for compute
