Pick a couple of intesting pipelines from https://nf-co.re/ and translate them to CWL, with notes.
* Use the existing Docker images / Dockerfile, don't write your own
* CWL version should run and do something reasonable, but don't get stuck trying to exactly reproduce results of original workflow.
