Add We should have an API call or some tool to show exactly why a new API endpoint that, given job didn't reuse. Give two containers or container requests: * Check that they requests and show why these are both readable by not the user * Compare them using the same logic (and ideally, the same code) that is used to find containers for reuse * Return a JSON object that functions as a report listing which fields did or did not match. reuse.
