When trying to create a new collection from a selected file the predefined collection name is the same as the source collections name. The target project is not selected but it would make sense to select the current project as default If the name was changed before (to avoid the constraint violation) it shows this even though the operation was successful. It The default name should be something like "Copy of X" and the it should provide a project picker for the user to choose which project to copy to (default to the same project as the source collection).
