Presumably the @db:fix_long_lived_tokens@ migration task set an expiration date on the anonymous user token, because the associated user it is @xxxxx-tpzed-anonymouspublic@., not @xxxxx-tpzed-000000000000000@. Add an extra check for that. necessarily owned by the root user.
