"man bsub" does not mention this, but according to the "online docs":https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/spectrum-lsf/10.1.0?topic=strings-usage-string we can use "123MB/host" instead of "123MB" so the site-configurable ReservationUsage value doesn't change how the memory requirement is interpreted.
(User reports this solves their issue where rusage is otherwise interpreted as "per slot".)
