• http://evidence.personalgenomes.org/LPA-I1891M and http://evidence.personalgenomes.org/LPA-I4399M are the same variant, the first position is Trait-o-matic's output but is found no where in the literature. T-o-m doesn't report any other splice variants, the refFlat file doesn't have other splice variants, someone should follow-up on this and figure out what happened.
