We've seen a couple runs of the WGS tutorial now where reuse did not work, e.g. pirca-xvhdp-gk39gqtkxmw7qcp.
From discussion: shell quoting changed at one point with arvados-cwl-runner which would have caused commands that use "sh -c" (ShellCommandRequirement) to change.
Confirm that with the new run, reuse still works. Also want to share the new project so that other users will reuse the containers.
