New instance, will be available to the public (AutoSetupUsers: true).
Will run Arvados 2.0 testing repository (so we can use it to test release candidates).
Set up on AWS.
Suggest distributing services across 4 VMs like this to minimize costs:
api: postgres, api server, git, websockets, arvados-cloud-dispatch
workbench: keepproxy, keep-web, workbench, workbench2
keep0: keepstore
shell: shell
Should be a scripted install, use devops tools to create and provision the VMs. Make scripts reusable, we want to distribute them as a one-click install.
