I believe the intent of this task was to make a pipeline in Arvados that would go from GFF files to FastJ files. The program to do the conversion currently resides at https://github.com/curoverse/lightning/blob/master/experimental/fjtools/gff2fj.go but the full pipeline in Arvados is still pending.
The pasta package implements this conversion.
