In the installation guide for API server and Workbench: * Add The @$external_client@ variable is gone from nginx 1.8. Determine whether we still need to add the definition of relevant proxy header, and update the @$external_client@ suggested configuration variable wherever it's needed. to something more forward-compatible. * Suggest setting @proxy_read_timeout@ in the external-facing @server@ sections. The default is 10, which can be very aggressive for our services.
