Three pieces:
- Delete now - using HTTP Delete verb
- Trash now - new API
- Trash in the future - uses Update of the time fields
Validate and enforce constraints in the model.
Delete can never be scheduled earlier than BLOB_SIGNATURE_TTL from now.
When generating collection API responses, Keep signatures should expire no later than trash time.
